Delete your account & data

This page explains how to delete your account and personal data from the diagnostic scan-booking platform operated by Blue Rhino Services.

Delete from within the app (fastest)

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address (or with the mobile number) linked to your account and we will delete it within 7 days:

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, phone, email, clinic/centre details, saved location).
• Your sign-in credentials and push-notification tokens.
• Your favourites and preferences.

What may be retained

Records required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes (for example, commission/payment records for diagnostic centres) may be kept in a de-identified form for the period the law requires. Diagnostic reports already delivered to a doctor remain part of that patient's medical record.
